Our services of alternative medicine such as acupuncturist consultation, acupuncture treatment, TCM treatments, hijama cupping, dry needling, and physiotherapy are widely covered under various international, national, and local insurance policies, depending on the type of policy you are having.

If you are not sure whether the consultation and treatment you will be receiving are covered by your health insurance, please contact us. We can assist with the completion of your health insurance claim forms. Please take note that in UAE, alternative treatments do not fall under direct billing arrangements but fall under reimbursement with any insurance providers. Please contact your insurance provider prior to your treatment so that you are fully aware of your entitlements, restrictions, and any self-expenses.
